This Week:

• Owyhee flows incrasing soon to 250cfs.  Expecting to see significant higher than average flows this Spring, so fish it now!  Midges and San Juan Worm are the ticket.

• South Fork boise river has been improving. Try midges and baetis are, if you see a few hatching.

• Mountain View Reservoir only has 1 1/2" of ice. Not there yet, but, if this warm weather continues it won't be long
